Cookie and Browser Storage Policy

SIFscan currently uses a limited set of cookies and local browser storage technologies to authenticate users, secure the platform, and remember product preferences.

What We Use

  • Essential authentication cookies used by the login system to keep authenticated sessions active.
  • Security and anti-forgery tokens used to help validate requests and protect the service against abuse.
  • Local browser storage for product preferences such as theme selection and the compare tray list.

Why We Use Them

  • To allow users to sign in and stay signed in where appropriate.
  • To secure forms, API calls, and authenticated workflows.
  • To remember interface preferences and selected funds between visits on the same browser.

What We Do Not Currently Use

SIFscan does not currently use ad-tech cookies, cross-site behavioral advertising cookies, or public-site analytics trackers. If this changes, this policy and the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Managing Cookies and Storage

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. If you do so, some parts of SIFscan may stop working properly, especially login-protected features and saved preferences.

You can also clear SIFscan's locally stored preferences directly from your browser settings at any time.

Related Legal Documents
