End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Use and this EULA, SIFscan grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the licensed materials solely for your own lawful, internal, non-commercial informational purposes.

This is a license, not a sale. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

• Web application features, dashboards, watchlists, compare tools, and admin workflows.
• Generated exports, screenshots, PDFs, scorecards, research notes, and structured data views.
• Any downloadable files, documentation, datasets, or output created by or through the service.

• No commercial deployment, resale, sublicensing, white-labeling, bureau use, managed-service use, or client-facing redistribution.
• No republication, reposting, mirroring, syndication, embedding, or redistribution of licensed materials in whole or in substantial part.
• No creation of substitute or competing databases, products, reports, scorecards, or research tools from licensed materials.
• No reverse engineering, decompilation, circumvention of technical protections, or extraction of hidden source code except where non-waivable law permits.
• No use of licensed materials for model training, benchmarking datasets, semantic indexing products, or any other machine-learning use without prior written approval.

SIFscan owns or licenses the intellectual property in the licensed materials, including all selections, arrangements, annotations, scores, extracted fields, taxonomies, software workflows, and original text or design.

Third-party documents, trademarks, logos, and regulatory materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

If you upload documents, submit feedback, or provide other materials through the service, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so.

You grant SIFscan a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and analyze those materials as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

SIFscan may update, patch, modify, or discontinue licensed materials at any time. Features may be added, removed, or changed without guaranteeing backward compatibility, continued access, or availability.

The license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA or the Terms of Use. On termination, you must stop using the licensed materials and delete copies in your possession or control unless retention is required by law.

Licensed materials are provided "as is" and "as available." SIFscan disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIFscan will not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, penalties, missed opportunities, or reliance harms arising from licensed materials. Any non-excludable liability is limited as stated in the Terms of Use.
